Reporting & Tickets

If you are having technical issues and/or need to report another player please follow the steps below.

Reporting & Tickets

  • Process:

    1. Finish the scene before reporting.

    2. Use /report in-game or Discord ticket: discord.gg/TheAstroRoleplay

    3. Provide a 2–3 min clip with start-to-end footage, IDs, and mic audio.

    4. Invalid clips (too short, missing audio/IDs) = ticket closed.

    5. If you are reporting a player for RDM, VDM, etcc and are found to be rulesplaining and/or OOC in your clip you will not be reimbursed if you were robbed AND you will be receiving a OOC warning

  • Staff Respect: Do not harass staff; report abuse with a staff complaint ticket.
