Kidnapping does not require a 1-minute interaction as long as out numbered.
The kidnapped must comply to all demands of the kidnapper.
The kidnapped can be killed after 1 minutes.
No sexual acts
Must make appearance changes
CANNOT order them to kill another person
Factions CANNOT kidnap another faction during their first interaction.
No kidnapping in front of businesses
The kidnapped CANNOT be robbed.
Unless scene involves shootout with rival Faction
Failure to comply will result in an FRP Offense
